Liberated.

I constantly wake up to messages from clients telling me, “Woah, I can’t believe how brave and confident you are, you seem so free.” Which they often, very quickly, follow up with “that’s great for you, but I could never.”

It makes total sense to think I’m confident, brave, & LIBERATED. I mean, my pussy IS front & center for all to see afterall 😅

The truth is, I wasn’t always so bold & confident (and let’s be honest, I’m not “always”).

As a tall, lanky, flat-chested teenager, I grew up comparing myself to my curvy bestie. Staring myself down in the mirror and wondering when I should get implants and how to best contort my posture to appear shorter. Riddled with shame about my appearance.

This, my beautiful friends, is a result of the impossible standard I was aware that women are held to, even back then. No literally, they’re impossible:
Be thin, but have curves.
Have desires, but don’t ask for too much.
Be strong, but also be flexible.
Have boundaries, but don’t be a b*tch.
Have big boobs, but have less boobs... well, no, actually maybe a little more would be better.

After many years of eroding the trust in myself, with little to no boundaries, bending over backwards placating to the desires & expectations of others, wearing what I thought others would deem appropriate— especially as I became a mother. I’d lost all of my confidence and became a shell of a person. One morning, I saw a stranger looking back at me in the mirror and wondered “What’s the point of all of this?”

I experimented with things like movement and breathwork to pull myself out of this feeling of depression, worthlessness, and a lack of passion for living. I tried meditation, therapy, and plant medicines. During that journey I found a tool that changed everything…

Sensual embodiment, I awakened my sensuality and s.xual energy– which is the fabric of our existence. Every single plant, animal, person, and thing you encounter was essentially created by this s.xual or life force energy.
