061- Feminine Archetypes & Cycle Synching

Host Samantha dives into feminine archetypes: a key tool for knowing your body and feminine essence.

"What is going on??" I'm sure you've said this once or twice before as a woman when things seem confusing or off in your body. You're not alone, Samantha knows what you're going through. After years of feeling confused, like she wasn't in charge of her body, and burnt out from being someone for everyone else except her, it was time for a change.

Being a woman had always meant one thing, but, what if it could be so much more? The truth is, your cycle holds keys to being able to express yourself fully as a woman. Samantha describes the cycle of the feminine archetypes: Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman, and Wise Woman. Each of these archetypes ties closely to a part of the feminine cycle: Maiden = Folicular, Mother = Ovulation, Wild Woman = Luteal, and Wise Woman = Menstruation. In a world where consistency often means doing and being the exact same every day, the feminine archetypes offer an alternative to this, giving women space to be authentic.

Understanding your cycle and being in full expression of your feminine essence means diving into archetypal work. Wherever you are on that journey, the good news is that you are able to borrow and pull from areas you have in abundance (perhaps this is your strong motherhood season) into areas in which you struggle. There is no one-size fits all experience, it's simply an opportunity to more deeply know yourself. The more deeply you get in touch with you and your feminine archetypes, they more deeply you connect with the world around you in a beautiful, authentic space.
